The communication from all parties, including yourself and the fellow that came out to put together the “scope of works”, was clear, timely and efficient. At all times my wife and I felt like valued customers, exceptional communication.
All tradesmen assigned repairs to our house made initial contact and were flexible in booking in work toil fit in with our schedule. All of them arrived promptly at the arranged date and time (unbelievable) and carried out repairers in a professional and friendly manner.
