After some heavy rain I noticed water stains on my ceiling. I contacted my insurance company and within days of that call Brett from Solutions called me to set up an inspection. This was carried out within days. As soon as I contacted the insurance company that repairs had been carried out on the roof, I was contacted by Boyd the gyprocker, who came and repaired flaking paint. Within days I was contacted by Matt, the painter, who repainted all the effected ceilings within half a day. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out.

Our home was damaged by heavy rain and a leaky roof on 28 June. We had the roof repaired the following day but there was damage to the ceiling.
I would like to praise your staff who processed our claim and assessed the damage, and to the contractors, Solutions Building Group who repaired and painted the ceiling. They were courteous and efficient and the entire process was completed in a week.
