Solutions Building Owner and Director Martin Gallivan has spent more than 25 years as a project manager for large and complex loss claims across commercial, residential and heritage property.

Martin holds a Builder’s Registration unrestricted license from the WA Building Commission, meaning he is qualified to work on any manner of constructions from a single dwelling to a multi-dwelling building, school, hotel or other commercial premises. His experience extends from managing claims in cyclone affected regional areas to project managing large jobs across Metropolitan Perth.

As Director of Solutions Building, Martin’s focus is on delivering fast and cost effective results. A hands-on manager, he is able to rely on his team to exceed expectations with every claim.
