The Solutions Building Group will be required to identify participating users within the secure

The users of the private sections of the web site are by nature of the service given access
to data stored on themselves or on their organizations. Users who do not participate in the services
offered within the secure area of this web site and are merely browsing the "public" information displayed

(Rackspace). These log files do not include any sensitive information and are merely to identify patterns
of usage and not individual behaviours.
