Storm damage
During a localised storm, extensive damage occurred to the Heritage buildings, Church and several residential buildings. Swanleigh was a former Anglican boy boarding school on the Swan River. The site is Heritage listed and careful planning and works were required to project manage this complex. Working with Heritage Architects and Engineers to ensure the Heritage values were maintained. This project was extensive with multiple specialised contractors working closely with our Registered Builder to restore the former buildings
